About Positive Behaviour Supports QLD

We are a values-driven behaviour support service delivering person-centred and strengths-based interventions. Our approach focuses on understanding behaviour, improving quality of life, building capacity, and supporting meaningful outcomes for individuals and their support networks. We have lived experience in neuro-diverse families including family with behaviours of concern and disability.

We feel you, we hear you, we understand you - we get it!

Person-Centred Practice

We place the individual at the heart of every decision, tailoring supports to align with their goals, strengths, and preferences. We believe that understanding each person’s unique context is key to achieving meaningful outcomes.

Evidence-Based Supports

We use current, research-informed practices that have demonstrated effectiveness for individuals with a range of support needs. This ensures our strategies are both ethical and effective.

Collaborative Partnerships

We work closely with families, support coordinators, schools, and allied professionals. We believe that strong partnerships are essential in creating consistent, supportive environments that promote positive change.
